2015 once again ends with the real estate market in Franklin at very low inventory levels (a.k.a. Absorption Rate). You should know how this affects you as a hmoe owner or a potential buyer.
The average Williamson County home sold in the past 3 months for $467,428 up from last year at $461,235. The Franklin average sales price was similar at $487,019 while College Grove, Arrington, and Brentwood all had higher average home prices. Fairview had the lowest average price at $216,346 while Spring Hill was just over $300,000 at $305,499.
The bulk of the county real estate sales were once again in Franklin with 546 units sold in the last 3 months, which is more than double any of the other cities in the county.
