Barbara Rutan Biography

My passion is to help people invest in the largest purchase they make in their lifetime in Franklin, Brentwood and Spring Hill areas of Williamson County.  Purchasing a home is a very personal experience and my goal is to make it as simple as possible. Whether you are a first time homebuyer,  moving up or down, an investor, or wanting to sell your home, I am here to help.

I bring over 35 years of experience in mortgage lending to my real estate business which gives me a unique advantage to better serve my clients. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS,  Williamson County Association of REALTORS and Williamson County Women's Council of REALTORS. In 2010 and 2011 I served as Vice President of Membership of Williamson County Women's Council of REALTORS.  I am one third of The Grumbles Team.
