The chart above shows that now there are 95 homes for sale in Westhaven Subdivision and that 12 homes are pending sales. This pending level is almost equals the high for the past 12 months. That is definitely good news for the real estate climate in this area. The highest price home for sale is $939,900, while the lowest price is $269,900. The median home price on a home listed for sale is $533,578.
The highest price of a SOLD property over the past 6 months is $920,000 and the minimum sales price over that period was $285,000. There is a home pending that has a list price of $1,118,426 so larger luxury homes are still selling in Westhaven.
The table above shows that there is 10 months of active inventory and 12.6% pending ratio. The rest of Williamson County has a lower inventory at 7.2 months, but in this case I think that the dramatic spike in new construction and To Be Built Listings are keeping the inventory number inflated.
