Located near historic downtown Franklin, this newly developed neighborhood on Ralston Lane is a rejuvenation project of sorts as this land was purchased and re-purposed to allow for more homes. The location is great due to the fact that it is walking distance to the local elementary school, is just a block or so from Mack Hatcher Parkway, that was just widened and had a sidewalk installed this summer, and is near the Factory and other downtown Franklin specialty shops and restaurants.

The lots and home-sites are being prepared at this time and nothing is active in the Multiple Listing Service for sale today, but that will soon change and with very little inventory this close to the heart of Franklin, they will likely go fast.
