February 13, 2012, The Day before Valentines Day Homes added to my website for sale today. 

When you see homes posted on my website with no photos it isn't that my website didn't display the pictures it is becasue the website doens't have the pictures.  Where do the pictures come from?  Why aren't they there? 

Well, the listing agent is responsible for uploading quality photos to our local MLS and then the local MLS disprses them to my site form a service called IDX.  The Grumbles Team always makes sure that the finest photos are uploaded for our properties and we understand the MLS and the IDX feature from REALTRACS so we never let a home be marketed without photos.  The timing is crucial, the properties get the most publicity when my site can showcase the days new listings and if you can't see photos how does anyone know if the home meets their needs as a buyer.  SO when you are considering to list your Franklin, TN home trust The Grumbles Team with your marketing.  This is just one way  we stand above the crowd to get your home sold.
