Transformation of 2658 Sutherland Drive Thompson's Station TN 37179

Yuck, who wants white Appliances!  It is 2012 already and Black APpliances make the room feel so much warmer.

The Homeowner has replaced this fixture adn some of the ceiling fans with contemporary styles.

This great room wasn't so Great.  It had a tiny light fixture and no flooring.  Wait til you see the new ceiling fan and the floors that were just installed.

A nice open loft media room area but just needs to feel like a home.

These colors had to go.  The circus has left town and so have these colors.

So lets see a few photos of the finished product at 2658 Sutehrland Drive.  More photos to come too.

You can see the black appliances make the wood cabinets POP.  The warm colors in the flooring choice are fabulous.  The ceiling fan is very contemporary and functional in the great room.  Check it out, the Golden chandelier has been replaced, and in the background you can see a nice neutral paint color for the common areas.

We are scheduling appointments to view this home starting on 2/7/10.
