When several said we were crazy we persisted and got the sellers top dollar for this home and it appraised as we thought it would with an as-is sale.
We helped the parents of a past client make the move south from the Big Apple to be near their children and grand son.We worked with them over the phone and on many of their trips to the area to educate them on Nashville real estate and more specifically Franklin Real Estate.
