The location is along Clovercroft Road between Market Street and Wilson Pike, thus the current school zoning has this area zoned Trinity Elementary and Page for Middle and High School. This area is well known as the back side of McKays Mill subdivision that resides just across Clovercroft Road. The area is experiencing a lot of recent development as Tap Root Hills Subdivision is also slated to be developed in this area.
Homes to be built by Pulte will feature 4 sides brick up to 3300 sqft and with prices starting around low $400's. Pulte is a builder with experience in Williamson county with projects like Whetstone in Brentwood, Creekstone in Franklin, and Brixworth in Thompson's Station.
The Pulte website states that they will have 9 home models to begin with outfitted with Granite hardwood floors and tile. The models will fall into eitehr the Charleston Singles or the Harpeth Manor series. The former having a detached garge and the latter featuring an optional tandem 3 car garage.
