Franklin TN Real Estate Market Snapshot October 2013 by The Grumbles Team

 The Grumbles Team analyzed the Franklin TN Real Estate Market for October 2013 by looking at the Single Family home sales and compared them from Franklin, to Brentwood, to Spring Hill and then to Davidson County to see how it compares to Nashville area.


In October the home prices were up 6.8% in Williamson county compared to OCtober 2012.  Unit sales were also up by 11%.   So what does this all mean?

With more sales the inventory has been reduced creating a sellers market in many areas.
