Tap Root Hills Subdivision in Franklin
Tap Root Hills, a Patterson company project, is slated to have 146 home-sites on the 61 acre tract of land near the ongoing Amelia Park Subdivision. They both are located along Clovercroft Road behind McKay's Mill Subdivision, just shy of Wilson Pike.
When the Tap Root Hills spokesperson addressed the City alderman and planning commission they were speaking of making a neighborhood that has a flowing transition fo the density from the county moving inward to the city and as this property would also become adjacent to Watkins Creek Subdivision they also want it to flow nicely with that neighborhood in terms of density (how many homes per acre).
Patterson Company is already a known name in Williamson County as they have homes built in and in some cases continue to build in the communities below.
